It is when it's governed. Architecture, data model, tenancy, authentication and anything touching money or personal data are human decisions at Nirvana, never delegated to an agent. Every change is reviewed by a senior engineer and has to pass automated tests, type checks and security review before it lands. Secrets and production data stay out of agent context, dependencies are pinned and scanned, and every release is traceable from spec to commit to deploy.

Yes — that's our AI Builders program. We train engineers, operators and leadership in the same spec-driven, reviewed method we deliver with, and your team ships a real internal tool during the program rather than watching a demo. It runs as a workshop, a multi-week cohort, or embedded enablement alongside live delivery.

Integration and go-live come first — data migration, systems integration, UAT with real users, a planned cutover and hypercare through the first weeks live. After that we keep it running and improving: managed hosting and monitoring, a standing enhancement budget on a monthly roadmap, and documentation so you can take it in-house whenever you want.
