Pharmacy & Life Sciences

AI-native ERP and fulfillment for compounding pharmacies and telehealth — inventory you can find and finances you can reconcile.

The challenges

  • Disconnected tools that can't locate inventory or reconcile finances
  • Compounding and white-label fulfillment at telehealth scale
  • Compliance, traceability, and multi-state operations

How we partner

  • A unified, multi-tenant ERP spanning warehousing, production, fulfillment, and finance
  • Formulation variants, brand/white-label dimensions, and a telehealth order API
  • CFO-grade decision intelligence built into the platform

How pharmacy operations actually run, and where the hours go

A compounding or fulfillment pharmacy looks like a healthcare business from the outside and like a small manufacturer from the inside. Orders arrive from telehealth partners, clinics and brands through portals, spreadsheets, faxes and email. Someone re-keys them into whatever system dispenses. Formulation variants, brand and white-label dimensions and multi-state rules multiply the number of ways an order can be slightly wrong, and every one of those is caught by a person, late.

Inventory is the second place the hours go. Raw ingredients, packaging and finished goods live in a dispensing system, a purchasing spreadsheet and a warehouse count that agree with each other roughly once a quarter. When a partner asks whether you can fill three thousand units next week, the honest answer takes a day to produce. Finance then reconciles all of it after the fact, brand by brand, from exports.

We built Pharmacy Flow because we ran into exactly this. It is an AI-native, multi-tenant ERP for pharmacies and manufacturers: warehousing, production, fulfillment and finance in one system, with a telehealth order API on the front so partner orders land already structured, and each brand seeing its own orders, pricing and labels. Behind it sits a public directory of every US pharmacy and FDA-registered manufacturer, so buyers find the right supplier and request a quote instead of phoning around.

None of that has to be bought as a platform. Most pharmacies come to us with one process that hurts, and we build that first: order intake, lot traceability, a reorder engine, a partner portal. The platform view matters only because each piece is designed to connect to the next rather than becoming another island.

Pharmacy Flow — Pharmacy Marketplace & Fulfillment ERP

A free public directory of every US pharmacy and FDA-registered manufacturer — search who makes what, then request a quote from verified pharmacies. Behind it sits the AI-native, multi-tenant ERP those pharmacies run on: warehousing, production, fulfillment and finance, unified.

Questions we get from pharmacy & life sciences teams

Do you replace our pharmacy management system?+

Usually not on day one. We connect to the dispensing system you have and rebuild the process around it that is costing you time: intake, inventory, fulfillment or finance. Replacement only makes sense once the rebuilt pieces carry most of the work.

How do you handle compliance and multi-state rules?+

Rules live in the system as data, not in someone's head: which formulations can ship where, which prescribers are licensed for which states, what a label must carry. The system blocks what is not allowed and records what it did. Your pharmacist-in-charge signs off the rules; the software enforces them.

Can telehealth partners integrate directly?+

Yes. Pharmacy Flow exposes an order API and a partner portal, so a brand can send orders programmatically or upload them, and see status, pricing and its own reporting without emailing anyone.

What does a first release look like?+

One process, live for one team, in about five days of build after a short scoping call. For most pharmacies that is partner order intake or inventory, because that is where the re-keying and the surprises are.
